To participate, applicants must submit a 600-word essay discussing securities fraud law in the context of a customer dispute in FINRA’s dispute resolution forum. No essay should deviate by more than ten words from the 600-word limit. Essays should formatted using 12 Point Times New Roman and submitted as an unlocked PDF. Essays that violate this rule will not be considered and there will be no exceptions made for any reason. Any submissions containing any form of malware will be immediately deleted, the applicant will not be allowed to resubmit an application or essay, and Galvin Legal reserves the right to report any suspicious filings to any appropriate law enforcement agency.

Applicants must be enrolled and actively attending an accredited college, university, or law school that is domiciled within and maintains a physical campus location within any U.S. State or the District of Columbia during the Fall Semester of 2018. High Schools seniors who will also be attending an accredited college or university and will be attending classes the Fall semester of 2018 are welcome to apply.
